The service
DBoundlessJoy provides a back-office application for fleet operations — booking and tracking loads, uploading documents, and viewing pay and settlement information — used by our drivers, dispatchers, and owner-operators, who sign in with their mobile number.
Text messaging program
We operate a transactional SMS program. Message types include one-time login codes, load and settlement notifications, and account invitations.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for its intended business purpose, keep your login secure, and do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access.
Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, DBoundlessJoy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or the SMS program.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.
