DBoundlessJoy LLC (“we,” “us”) operates a box-truck freight fleet and a back-office application used by our drivers, dispatchers, and owner-operators. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to our website, application, and the text messages we send.
Information we collect
- Contact and account info — name, mobile number, email — provided at onboarding.
- Operational data — loads, documents, mileage, and settlement records used to run the fleet.
- Basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
How we use it
- To provide the application and authenticate you (including one-time login codes by text).
- To send operational notifications such as load assignments and settlements.
- To operate, secure, support, and improve the service.
SMS / text messaging
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional text messages — one-time login codes, load and account notifications, and app invitations. Consent is given at onboarding; we do not send marketing messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.

How we share information

Retention & security
We keep information as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete or de-identify it, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
